Shipping Methods 

At checkout PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS MATCH.

ALSO ENSURE THAT YOUR BILLING ADDRESS IS THE SAME WITH THE ADDRESS LINKED TO YOUR BANK CARD.

Orders that are placed with contrasting information between the billing and shipping address are prone to cancellations.

Please note that the  processing time frame for non ready to ship orders will start once your transaction has been cleared on our side. This sometimes takes up to 3-4 working days.

All orders are only dispatched once your full payment is confirmed and cleared.

We ship via DHL or Royal Mail. All orders within the UK are mostly shipped via Royal Mail with receipt confirmation and insurance. These deliveries take between 1-3 working days after the order processing time frame.

Our international orders are mostly shipped via DHL Express, and can take up to 2-10 working depending on your location.

HAIR FOR QUEENS by My Roial Ears reserves the right to change the method of delivery that has been specified on this website to a similar method. Shipping charges might be over or below the actual carrier rate. All shipping costs will be charged during the order process. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been placed and dispatched. This confirmation will come via text/email, based on the preferred communication method you selected during checkout.

Customs and Duty Taxes

All international orders that are shipped by DHL will depend on your location. Items that are shipped outside the UK may be liable to taxes, import duties, and charges. Please note that the total cost of your order does not cover these extra charges. Also, the additional charges will not be covered or reimbursed by HAIR FOR QUEENS by My Roial Ears.

Once the package exits the UK, HAIR FOR QUEENS by My Roial Ears does not take responsibility for deliveries that might be affected by natural occurrences, customers, DHL transfers to your country's local carrier, or transport group delays and strikes.

Please confirm what these extra costs will be from your country’s customs before placing your order. Rejected orders are not refundable.

 

Shipping Information

When making your order, please confirm that all your details are correctly entered, including your name, phone number, shipping address, email address, and the details of the hair you want to buy.

If your package is not successfully delivered and is sent back to us, this maybe due to insufficient address information. In this case your package will be returned and “Returned to Sender” and this will be stated on your tracking information.

Packages Return to sender can happen if:

-Your shipping address is not in existence

-Your shipping address is not correctly spelled out by the customer

-If there is missing information in the shipping address

(i.e., house name/postcode/flat number)

-If the carrier was not able to deliver the package safely

Or address rejects the package.

Unfortunately we will not able to replace or reship in such situations so please double check your shipping details before placing your order. Packages that are Returned to use the Sender will be restocked, and you will be granted store credit in the form of E-Gift vouchers without the cost of the initial shipping. Rather, we recommend you to please make use of the E-Gift voucher for placing a new order. This time, with the correct address details.

Please note that HAIR FOR QUEENS by My Roial Ears does not give any guarantee that your items will be in stock when you want to reorder. We also do not give any guarantee that the price will remain the same as your original order.

Note: HAIR FOR QUEENS by My Roial Ears are not capable of making changes to orders placed on our system. Please ensure that all your address details are entered correctly, and no information is left out for a successful delivery. If you noticed an error to the shipping details entered after checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible before your shipping confirmation.

Returns


Due to the personal and delicate nature of our products, all sales are FINAL, and we do not offer refunds on any grounds. This also means that modifications of orders after submission are not permitted. This applies to changes in products, shipment methods, cancellations, etc. Please make sure that your order details are verified before submitting it.

 

Replacements

We have confidence in the quality of our products  and believe that they are excellent. However, if an item is faulty a fault investigation will be carried out for a replacement of purchase or a store credit note.

Please note that investigations of fault can sometimes takes up to 31 working depending on the circumstances. If the fault is from the making and styling of the item such as, colouring, bleaching, rinsing, brushing, lifting, cutting, removing the hair from its weft, or other types of processing INVALIDATES the chance of getting a replacement. If we conclude that the product is deficient in any way, we will exchange or replace it. However, if we are unable to confirm any product defect issue, we will return the particular item back to the customer at our own cost (via Royal Mail or DHL ) without replacing it.
