Most hair extensions and wig units are ready to be shipped or made to be ordered. Our hair care and styling products are limited in stock. If a product is out of stock, please contact us, and we will try our best to get it for you.

Orders and Items
How will I know if my order was successful?
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email instantly. A despatching email will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped. This email will include a tracking update of the postal item.
How long will my order take?
All of our hair products, styling kits, and accessories are ready to be shipped. However, each of our hair collections has its own processing time. Please read the description with details included before placing an order. Here are the processing times for our collections.
Ready-to-Ship wigs: 2-5 working days to get to you (depending on your location)
Our Braided and Custom Pixie Wig units: Up to 15 working days (depending on your location and the hair collection used for Pixie Units)
Our Full lace Ventilation Wigs: Up to 30 working days (depending on your location)
Our Pre-Order Wig Units: Processing times depends on the hair collection ordered.

How do I cancel or exchange my order?
Unfortunately, due to the personal nature of our products, there are strictly no refunds or exchanges when an item has been made, an order processed or delivered to you! However, this can be granted up to an hour after your order. Don't hesitate to get in touch with us as soon as possible to amend.
What payment methods does Hair for Queens by My Roial Ears use?
We accept a wide range of payment bank methods via credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay, and payment in 3 instalments.
My items are wrong or missing when received?
We take great care when pre-packing orders, but if you find this mistake in your order. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.

What if I do not like what I ordered when I receive it? (Applies for wig units)
Before placing an order, please be sure of what you want. Contacting us before can help also. Please note that we have a strict refund and exchange policy. However, alterations/amends to your wig unit can be granted if required. Depending on the issue, this can be inclusive or charged.
I would like to dye my hair extensions. What hair do I use?
Any of our raw hair that dyes up to 613 will be best for that perfect colour! Please click on this link to find out more.

Can I use your hair care products on my natural hair?
Our hair care products are specifically formulated for our hair extensions and wig unit. Using it on your natural hair will not cause you any harm, but we take no responsibility if anything occurs.
